If, however, this is not the case: you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate your return, please email mountaindogclub@gmail.com and we will let you know the steps to take. When returning your items, these must be in their original condition - unused, damage-free, and with tags attached. If you think your order is damaged or faulty, we ask you to notify us via email as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receiving it. 

We will review the information you have provided us with as soon as possible and do our best to make it right.

When we receive your return, we will email you to confirm receipt.

After inspecting the return, if the item is in its original condition, will process a full refund using the same payment method you used to purchase the item.  Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to show in your account. 

Kindly note that, as a small independent business, we cannot offer free returns. This means we cannot cover your return’s postage costs unless you’ve notified us that the item received was damaged or faulty in line with the above.
