DELIVERY CHARGES

• Orders under £99 are charged at £4.95 

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail delivery services unless otherwise indicated.  Mountain Dog Club cannot accept responsibility for postal service problems that are outside of our control.  Please be mindful that expected delivery times may fluctuate at certain times of the year.

DELIVERY

• We only ship within the UK and do not offer international delivery.
• We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. Please allow for longer at busy postal times as Mountain Dog Club is not responsible for Royal Mail delays.

We will not dispatch to a P.O. Box address. 

PLEASE NOTE: If an alternative courier is required to Royal Mail then addresses in Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales will have delivery charges calculated on a case by case basis.  Further payments may be necessary prior to despatch.  We shall contact you by email to notify you of the charges and any additional payments needed.
